How We Started
Jake Kepple, with his brother Ethan Kepple, started Crosscut Construction in May of 2023. After over a decade working as a new construction project supervisor, Jake was ready to start a company where both his bold faith and professional expertise could serve clients. Ethan was likewise ready for a more fulfilling career where he could live out his convictions and help to shape something meaningful. Together, they sought to build a company that would showcase God’s glory and their mutual love of craftsmanship.
Crosscut Construction is now a high-end residential construction company, serving Charlottesville, Virginia, and the surrounding areas with high-quality work and exceptional client relations. We offer turn-key services specializing in new construction, additions and renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement build-outs, outdoor living spaces, and decks & screened porches.
